Overview

30-Day Window: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags & packaging.

Refunds issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Return Steps

1. Start Request

Initiate via your account dashboard or link in confirmation email.

2. Pack Securely

Include all tags & documentation. Affix prepaid label (if provided) clearly.

3. Drop Off

Use any authorized carrier location. Retain receipt / tracking.

4. Refund

Processed after quality check. Store credit appears sooner than card refunds.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges: Free within 30 days (inventory permitting).

Color Exchanges: Same product line, original price applies.

Damaged / Incorrect Items: Report within 7 days with photos for priority handling.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or >30% discount items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing wear, alteration, or missing labels

International Returns

Customer is responsible for international return shipping. Duties & taxes are non-refundable. For exchanges, new duties may apply.
